On the 20th, Hyundai Corporation Holdings concluded a business cooperation agreement with Seongyun PNP Communication for a global brand licensing business cooperation based on apparel, shoes, bags, accessories and other fashion based items.<\/p>\n

An affiliate of Hyundai Corporation Group, Hyundai Corporation Holdings was established in October 2015 as an offshoot of Hyundai Corporation’s brands and new business division, and is working on licensing the Hyundai brand focusing on home appliances and power tools with over 100 dealers around the world.<\/p>\n

Solidifying a business cooperation agreement with Hyundai Corporation Holdings is Seongyun PNP Communication, establishment in 2003 as an agency specializing in brand licensing and consulting and currently possesses the brand licensing rights to over 20 famous brands including St. Scott, Landscape and Crocodile.<\/p>\n

Through the conclusion of this agreement, Hyundai Corporation Holdings was able to base its new expansion on Seongyun P&P Communication’s foundation of knowhow it has developed over the years, and Seongyun P&P Communication could take advantage of Hyundai Corporation Holdings’ strong global network to enter the overseas market, securing opportunities for both companies to create new growth engines.<\/p>\n

Starting with this business cooperation, Hyundai Corporation Holdings is able to come out from under the singular “Hyundai” brand licensing business and gradually expand to fashion, F&B (food & beverage), sports and other items. With this, it was able to make the world market it’s stage launching a full-fledged brand licensing business both comprehensive and global in nature. Now moving forward, there are plans to revamp itself as a global brand management company with active investment in the discovery and development of new famous brands. End.<\/p>\n
