HYUNDAI Corporation selected Choi Kwan, professor of Business Administration of Seonggyunkwan University regarding to the selection of director. HYUNDAI Corporation Holdings having the 3th anniversary also tabled all five bills such as \u25b3 approval of financial statement \u25b3 partial change of articles of association \u25b3 selection of director \u25b3 selection of member of auditing committee \u25b3 approval of compensation limit of director, in order and resolved as proposed.
