Hong Kong has grown into the traditional hub of economy,
finance and trade in Asia.
Since the return of Hong Kong to China's Control in 1997, Hong Kong's
economic role has been strengthened even further and as shown in its
annual economic growth rate of over 5 %, Hong Kong is taking another opportunity to leap forward.
Since its establishment in 1987, Hyundai Corporation Hong Kong has positioned itself
as the economic center of not only Guangdong Province but also the rest of China
including its southern region.
Our major business activities include export of steel, machinery and plants to
China as well as development of new trading techniques in order to boost the sales,
for instance, introducing competitive Chinese products to Korea and other countries.
Setting up its motto of 'the 2nd take-off', Hyundai Corporation Hong Kong will make
every effort to maximize its competitiveness and take the lead in promoting trade and contributing to the economic development between Korea and Hong Kong.
