Ltd. is one of them, making our best endeavors as a total service provider to execute import/export of steels, chemicals and IT products as well as even large scale projects such as new shipbuilding and heavy machinery/plants and further to contribute to the clients by reducing their financing costs through our competitive financing facilities.
Regarding steel business, one of our main business fields, we supply flat products such as Hot-rolled/Cold-rolled steel, Coated-steel, PO coil, etc., and structural steels such as H-Beam, Sheet Pile, Angles, Channels, etc., representing Hyundai Hysco and Hyundai Steel, affiliates of Hyundai Group, and depending on the clients' needs, we also serve our clients with other Korean steel manufacturers' products as well as 3rd country products from China or elsewhere.
Trading of chemical products including plastic resins from LOTTE (ex-Hyundai Petrochemical) and Daelim as well as Methanol, MEG, SM, etc. from various sources is another main activity of ours. Since we launched Hyundai Brand IT products in Singapore and Malaysia in early 2005, which are enjoying growing reputation in major parts of the world, we successfully achieved strong brand preference in the market and are expected to considerably expand market share in 2007. New Shipbuilding business in cooperation with Hyundai Heavy Ind. & Hyundai Mipo is our well known specialized activity and heavy machinery business is also our strong field, which was verified by our favorable delivery commencement from Dec. 2005 with regard to the contract for 16 unit large Quay-side Cranes made with PSA, Singapore, who is the 2nd largest container terminal operator in the world.
