  • Activities of Social Welfare Foundation

    Hyundai Corporation participates actively in ‘Asan Social Welfare Foundation’ founded in 1977, when the concept of social welfare was entirely unfamiliar, by the founder of Hyundai Group, the late Chung Ju-yung who was the first to help anyone in trouble such as establishing hospitals in isolated areas and awarding scholarships and in ‘Shin-Young Research Fund’, which supports domestic journalists’ research activities and overseas training and in Asan Sharing Foundation’ founded in 2012 to inherit the founder’s spirit of social contribution.

  • Supporting Homeland Visit of Multi-Cultural Families

    In this globalization era, ‘Multi-Cultural Families’ have sharply increased. Korea is also entering the multi-cultural era. Engaged in business activities in the global market, Hyundai Corporation is connected with global families in various forms. Therefore, we operate a ‘Multi-Cultural Families’ Homeland Visit Project’ to give marriage immigrants, who suffer from economic difficulties, the opportunities to visit their homelands so that they may get emotional stability and harmony with their family.

    As a member of the global society, every employee of Hyundai Corporation tries to make a sustainable society through small acts of love. They won’t stop small steps for a beautiful world through ‘Talent Sharing’ that is related to such as visiting isolated neighbors and playing music, drawing pictures and taking photos, through ‘Clean Street Volunteering’ that is related to such as cleaning up trash in streets, through ‘Blood Donating’ that is related to participating stable supply of blood and through ‘Global Volunteering’ that is related to volunteer works of overseas branches’ employees.
