–  Hyundai Corporation Group concluded an MOU on K-Communicable Disease Prevention Overseas Project with Welkeeps through its affiliate-Hyundai C SQUARE, and has promoted overseas expansion in earnest –

Hyundai Corporation Group (President Chung, Mong-hyuck) is going to set out for full-scale overseas market expansion of the products related to K-communicable disease prevention, which is recognized for excellence around the globe by joining hands with Welkeeps marking the first ranker in the domestic mask market.

Hyundai Corporation Group-affiliated Hyundai C SQUARE Co.,Ltd. and Welkeeps Co.,Ltd. made it clear that they confirmed close friendly cooperation relationships between both companies, and that they concluded a business partnership agreement with the aim to seek for overseas expansion on an equal status in the comprehensive cooperation project.

In accordance with this agreement, Welkeeps is to concentrate its focus on production and domestic sale of safety & hygiene items such as health masks, hand sanitizers, and protective clothing,, etc. which could be called an axis of K-communicable disease prevention, while Hyundai C SQUARE is to push ahead with development of overseas buyers, public relations, overseas marketing and export business, etc. in relation to these items using this group’s global network which has been established around the world.

Through this agreement, both companies are expecting to achieve a big synergy effect in the overseas expansion project of the recently revitalized K-communicable disease prevention on the basis of each company’s strength.

In particular, as the government set up a policy for the permission of restrictive export of health masks for the purpose of promoting the diffusion of K-communicable disease prevention, both companies are planning to cement cooperative relationships between the two companies more firmly such as sharing of the opportunity to expand the epidemics prevention supplies business so that they could publicize the excellence of K-communicable disease prevention to overseas countries widely in the future.
